For the past 16 years many souls and students of the Masters have had the opportunity to attend the Universities of the Spirit (etheric retreats of the Seven Chohans) while our bodies sleep at night? (See Gautama Buddhas Dispensation) And thus, many people have been greatly blessed and their lives enriched by the learning sessions in these higher schools of learning.

The dispensation for the Universities of the Spirit is based on very special 14-day cycles. You can download the cycles chart here. The dispensation is also based upon our souls working with the Seven Chohans of the Rays during the specific 14-day cycle while we attend his/her retreat. Bearing in mind that these are unique 14-day cycles of opportunity to work with a particular Chohan of the Ray and the qualities of the Ray itself;

Bearing in mind what a grand opportunity our souls have had and continue to have learning in these retreats while we sleep;

Bearing in mind that many chelas may have worked with the Chohans over the last 16 years individually and followed these 14-day cycles only to be blessed many times over;

Bearing in mind that the United States might be engaged in a serious war;

Bearing in mind all of the above -- the Minneapolis/St. Paul Teaching Center is taking this dispensation to the next level.

As a community, we have begun to work with each Chohan during their specific 14-day cycle in our waking hours. We are attempting to be bold and "hound heaven" so as to allow what we are learning and experiencing in these Universities of the Spirit to manifest here on earth.

Basically, and quite succinctly we are hoping to put the Chohans of the Rays and their angels to work for us, our community and the planet.

It certainly makes sense to understand that the more we get to know the Seven Chohans and their Rays, the more they will respond to our heart fire, our calls and our prayers, especially if we are attending their classroom instructions while our bodies sleep at night.
